Lake & Pond Shop ships to customers across the United States. Here's what to expect:

United States (Lower 48 States)
Most orders ship next day and arrive within 3-5 business days.

Alaska & Hawaii

Note: We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address at checkout.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase as you'll need it to process a return.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at connor@lakemat.com to request a return. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at connor@lakemat.com and we'll make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized orders, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, reach out and we'll help.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to reflect the credit.
